- 4 tbsp salted butter
- 1 lb asparagus
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup sauvignon blanc wine
- juice of 2 lemons
- 2 cups rissoto rice
- 4 1/2 cups broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1lb spicy breakfast sausage
