- 24 oz bow tie pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 4 oz Neufehãtel cheese
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 (14 oz) can quartered artichoke hearts
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- salt
- black pepper
