Teriyaki Marinade
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a jar and let sit. Day or few will be great
- Place fish and marinade in bag for .5 to 1 hour.
- preheat oven to 375, bake for 15 to 20 minutes until internal temp of 145
